RESERVATION POLICIES:

To confirm bookings, a deposit of € 2,000 per person is required. The booking can be changed in terms of arrival date without penalty up to 14 days prior arrival. Arrival date changes within 14 days prior arrival will be subject to a penalty of € 2.000,00 per person. Kindly note all guests will need to sign a legal liability form during their booking which will be sent to you via email. We also expect that all of our guests take a full insurance policy that covers medical, flights, cancellations, accidents, injuries and any other possible liability. We have a right to refuse any refund request and/or to accept any guest that is not insured. Kindly note that in every case, a non refundable non negotiable admin fee equal to 10% will be deducted from the initial deposit. Full payment for treatments must be made 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Treatments can be cancelled up to 21 days prior to date of arrival. Requests for cancellations must be clearly indicated via email or WhatsApp text. The penalty payable for later cancellations is calculated as follows:

  • from 20 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total price

  • from 14 days prior to arrival: 60% of the total price

  • from 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total price

  • one day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price

  • In the event of early departure, clients must pay the original number of treatments booked in full and no refunds

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We always recommend our guests have a full check up by their physician prior to booking their retreat with us. The important effects obtained from treatments received at IHR do not wear off as soon as your stay ends, but continue once you return home, thanks to the recommendations and advice you receive during the programme from the team of specialists.. The added value of treatment is represented by the knowledge you have acquired during your stay and the individual information provided to each guest. We cannot accept women who are pregnant, children under 18 or anyone who has a condition where their doctor has advised against our practice.

To capitalise on the significant results achieved, we recommend our guests keep their individual record given to them at the start of their treatment programme, not only for the precious diet information it contains, but especially because it contains the knowledge acquired during your stay on your body and on the systems of maintaining a healthy state, prolonging the benefits and mental and physical well-being acquired.

REFUNDS POST VISIT :

Kindly note that IHR is unable to offer any refunds once the client has benefitted from our services due to the fundamental nature of the services provided.
